No detail is left untouched throughout the creative process – expert site selection and on-site management, appointment and supervision of creative partners and vendors that align with the client’s budget and aesthetic, catering and menu planning, paper suite, linen/tableware and etiquette advice, the creation of detailed timelines and design plans, budget development and maintenance, integration of all design and production elements, and priority access to the LBI planning team from start to finish. DESIGN

LB Innovations’ design talent, under the leadership of Creative Director LaTasha Briscoe, is well sought after in the Washington, DC markets and beyond. Their dedicated team works closely with clients to define their unique vision, from creating detailed design plans and storyboards that provide a clear visual representation, to the selection and procurement of all design components for review.

From weddings to corporate events, non-profit fundraisers and social celebration to styled shoots, home staging and interior design, we are your team. LB Innovations ensures that every element — catering, signage, entertainment, staff attire, in-house florals, lighting, custom furniture, graphics, draperies and linens, to name a few — is thoughtfully curated and clearly communicated to creative partners through detailed instructions, and that all remains in cohesive harmony throughout the project.

Flowers: Wedding, Corporate and Sympathy

We are offer unique ceremony designs such as backdrops, altar pieces, railing covers, aisle designs, pew florals and custom personal flowers in bouquets, corsages, boutonnieres we ensure weddings stand apart and are far from cookie-cutter.

When it comes to corporate and social events we consider your theme, colors and experience you want your guest to enjoy then we design around those ideas. We do themed centerpieces, statement pieces and personals for clients and guests.

LaTasha has been in the position of having to plan a funeral for a loved one so she knows how important it is make sure the details are perfect. While LB Innovations did not start in the funeral business, clients who have trusted us for other special memories have trusted our services to not only provide sympathy flowers for gifts and funerals but to also design beautiful repast celebrations.

CONSULTING & TEACHING

Aside from a passion for planning and design, LaTasha Briscoe has been given the purpose to serve. LaTasha makes it her mission to help small businesses, non-profits and corporate clients grow. With an MBA, Financial Management Certification, and an expert in contract negotiations, LaTasha assists in educating while guiding the development of a strong business foundation for those in the event planning services as well as those industries that support as creative partners.

LaTasha offers one-on-one mentoring and job shadowing, for aspiring creatives. For corporate clients and other small businesses seeking ways to expand their brand through customer experiences, she provided more structured strategic planning in the areas of production, creative oversight for special events;  hospitality and concept creation.
